What Paying Gets You

• Unfettered Adding Power. Words will continue to be added from active lists and from your queue.
• Company Endurance +1. Your payments help pay for the basic living expenses of three people. Your support lets us continue improving Skritter!
• Future Features. All features added during your purchased time will be accessible to you during that time. We may add a premium subscription system later on, but if that does happen we promise to let you know which features will eventually be premium as they are created.

What Not Paying Still Gets You

• Unfettered Practice Power. The practice page will continue to be usable even when your subscription has expired. Words will not be added from lists or your queue, though! We want you to keep coming back no matter what, learning for the truly long term.
• All Your Data. It is yours after all. Progress reports. Raw and formatted data exporting. Some of these data features are yet to be made, but you'll still be able to use them.
• Our Gratitude. We still appreciate you using the site! Feedback, bug reports, posting on the forum and providing us with raw usage data all help make the site that much better. We also appreciate it if you tell all your friends about us!

Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied, let us know and we will refund you proportional to how far you've gotten through your purchased time. So if you ask us to refund you when you're 1 month into your 12 month purchase, we will refund you $77 (11/12 of $84). No questions asked!

Downtime Policy

If you have been unable to use Skritter due to a bug in the system, let us know and we will extend your credit the amount of time it was unusable, rounded up to the nearest number of days. If there's a break in service for all users, all active subscriptions will be extended for that length of time.
